Role Overview

Assignment Duration: 8 weeks @ 20 hours per week (160 total hours)

Target Company: Post-seed startup transitioning to growth stage

Primary Objective: Establish technology foundation and strategic roadmap for next-level growth

Foundational Aspects

Core Purpose

Transform the startup’s technology capabilities from survival mode to growth acceleration mode by:

• Creating scalable technology architecture that supports 10x growth
• Establishing data-driven decision making frameworks
• Implementing AI-powered business intelligence and automation
• Building strategic technology roadmap aligned with business objectives

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Technology Leadership:

• Assess current technology stack and identify growth bottlenecks
• Design scalable architecture for rapid market expansion
• Establish technology governance and security frameworks
• Create vendor evaluation and partnership strategies

Growth Enablement:

• Identify technology-driven growth opportunities and new markets
• Design product/service innovation pipeline using emerging technologies
• Implement AI and data analytics for competitive advantage
• Establish metrics and KPIs for technology-driven business outcomes

Week 1-2: Discovery & Assessment

Activities:

• Current state technology audit and capability assessment
• Stakeholder interviews with founders, leadership team, and key personnel
• Market analysis and competitive technology landscape review
• Data architecture and quality evaluation
